Vehicle hire terms and conditions

Our terms and conditions are designed to help make our truck and van hire services as simple as possible for you, the customer. These apply to both you, as the hirer of our vehicles, and us as the rental company.

You as the hirer:
You are liable for all traffic and parking violations. It is also an offence to use a vehicle loaded in excess of its maximum payload.

Mileage charges:
100 miles free per day. Miles above this are charged at 10p per mile.

Lutons:
The hirer accepts that he is liable for any damage done to the Luton Box and will pay the full cost of repair if necessary.

Extensions of rental:
If you wish to extend the rental period beyond the time of termination - on the rental agreement form it is essential that you inform us in advance so that the insurance can be extended. Also note that if a vehicle is late back, a further day of payment may be charged.

Additional charges:
These will be made up at the end of hire. If you require a receipt please ask when returning your vehicle. An admin charge may be required if asked at a later date.

In the case of a fault:
We accept responsibility to get you back to the place of hire where if possible another vehicle will be supplied. We do not accept liability for the loss of earnings or money in any form.

Insurance:
You are reminded that it is essential you provide all material information likely to influence the acceptance and assessment of insurance for your use of our vehicles. If you have any doubts as to whether a fact is material please disclose it.
